1. Standard vs. Priority: Plan Defaults

Your subscription plan determines your "default" turnaround speed for every new request.

• Basic Plan (Standard): Requests are typically delivered within 3 business days. This is perfect for creators who plan their content a week in advance.

• Pro Plan (Priority): Requests receive priority handling and are typically delivered in 1–2 business days. This is ideal for agencies or daily content creators.

2. Speed Options Per Request

Regardless of your plan, you can manually adjust the speed for individual videos using the Priority Level selector at the bottom of the request form.

• ⏱️ Normal:

  • Speed: Standard turnaround (2–3 business days).

  • Cost: 0 extra credits.

• ⚡ High:

  • Speed: Priority processing (1–2 business days).

  • Cost: 1 extra credit.

  • Note: If you are on the Pro plan, this speed is already your standard.

• 🚀 Rush:

  • Speed: Express delivery (24 hours).

  • Cost: 2 extra credits.

  • Best for: Last-minute edits or urgent social media trends that can't wait.

3. Understanding the "First Draft" Process

The turnaround times listed above refer to the delivery of the First Draft.

• Submission Time: The clock starts when you hit "Submit Request" (provided all assets are uploaded correctly).

• Revisions: Revisions are generally faster than the initial draft. Most minor revisions are turned around within 24 hours, ensuring you can finalize the project quickly.

4. What counts as a "Business Day"?

Our team works Monday through Friday.

• Example: If you submit a Standard request (3 days) on a Friday, you can expect the first draft by Wednesday.

• Example: If you submit a Rush request (24 hours) on a Tuesday, you will receive it by Wednesday.
