The IndieDoers workflow is designed to be simple, flexible, and fast. Instead of complicated contracts, we use a transparent credit system that puts you in control.

Here is the 3-step process to getting your first video edited:

1. Purchase Credits Everything starts with a credit. You can purchase credits as a "Pay-as-you-go" pack or subscribe for a monthly discount.

  • 1 Credit = Approximately 15-30 minutes of raw footage processing (depending on complexity).

  • Credits never expire on the Pay-as-you-go plan, so you can stock up now and use them whenever you have footage.

2. Submit Your Brief Once you have credits, log in to your dashboard and click "New Order." You will be asked to:

  • Paste a link to your raw footage (Google Drive, Dropbox, or Frame.io).

  • Select your desired video format (e.g., Reel, TikTok, YouTube Short).

  • Add specific instructions or examples of the style you want.

3. We Edit, You Review Our editors get to work immediately.

  • Draft Delivery: You typically receive the first draft within 24–48 hours.

  • Revisions: If it’s not perfect, don’t worry. You can request unlimited revisions until the video matches your vision.

  • Final Export: Once approved, you can download the high-resolution file directly from the portal.
