Whether you are taking a break or moving on, we make it easy to control your account status. It is important to understand the difference between canceling your subscription (which pauses billing) and deleting your account (which erases your data).
1. How to Cancel Your Subscription
If you want to stop future monthly payments but keep your account open (so you can return later or use your Pay-As-You-Go credits), you should Cancel.
Steps to Cancel:
Navigate to the Billing tab in the left sidebar.
Click on the Subscriptions tab at the top of the page.
Click the Manage Subscription button (this opens the secure billing portal).
Select Cancel Subscription.
What happens next?
Access Continues: Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
Credits:
Subscription Credits: These will expire at the end of the billing cycle.
Pay-As-You-Go Credits: These remain in your account forever. You can log in 6 months later and still use them.
Assets: Your Brand Kits and past video files remain safe in your Workspace.
2. How to Permanently Delete Your Account
If you want to completely remove your presence from IndieDoers, including all files, history, and personal data, you can request a permanent deletion by contacting our support channel via email or support chat
Warning: This action is irreversible.
All Brand Kits will be deleted.
All Video Files and Drafts will be removed from our servers.
All remaining Credits (both Subscription and Pay-As-You-Go) will be forfeited.
