Managing the financial side of your account should be as smooth as the creative side. This guide covers where to find your receipts, how to handle plan changes, and our policies on refunds and cancellations.
1. Where can I find my invoices?

We keep a complete history of every purchase—whether it is a monthly subscription renewal or a one-time credit top-up.
Locate Invoices: Navigate to the Billing section in the left sidebar and click on the Transactions tab.
Download: You will see a list of all past payments. Click the download icon (arrow pointing down) on the far right of any row to save a PDF copy of that invoice for your records.
2. How do I upgrade or switch my plan?
Currently, we do not support direct "Plan Switching" (e.g., pressing a button to swap from Basic to Pro) inside the dashboard.
To change your plan, please follow these steps:
Cancel your current active subscription (see instructions below).
Once cancelled, simply Subscribe to the new plan you want (e.g., upgrading from Basic to Pro).
Note: Your remaining credits from the old plan will remain in your account until their original expiration date.
3. How do I cancel my subscription?
You can stop your recurring billing at any time.
Go to Billing and select the Subscriptions tab.
Click into the "Manage Subscription" portal.
Select the option to Cancel Subscription.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
4. When does my subscription renew?
Your plan renews automatically on the same date every month.
Check your date: You can see the exact renewal date on the "Subscription credits" card in your Billing Overview.
Example: If the card says "Renews Jan 3, 2026," your card will be charged on the 3rd.
5. What is your Refund Policy?
We strive to ensure every client is happy with their work. However, our refund policy is specific:
Eligibility: Refunds are available only on Subscriptions. One-time "Pay-as-you-go" credit packs are non-refundable.
Conditions: We generally issue refunds only if there is a demonstrated quality issue with the work provided that we were unable to resolve through revisions.
